MDVIP is assisting a private practice in Maryland with their search for a Part-Time Medical Director. We are seeking a clinical expert to successfully navigate today's complex healthcare enviroment and make decisions that meet the demands of the practice as a whole. Additionally, the Medical Director should be committed to enhancing cooperation and communication as well as evaluating the coordination of the medical team and ensuring proper protocols for treatment are met.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Internal Medicine/Family Medicine (required)
- Active unrestricted Medical Licence MD/DO (required)
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a Physician (required)
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Interfaces with the MDVIP Affiliate and other providers in order to facilitate and implement effective operations that maintain the highest standard of quality health care.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest health trends and research
- Oversee the activities of Physician extenders and Mid-Level Providers
- Provide comprehensive clinical insight.
