Part Time Manager, Retail Pharmacy I, Non Pic – Pharmacy Job at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
Responsibilities
Manages retail pharmacy operations for designated site in non-pharmacist-in-charge role. Responsible for achievement of customer service, clinical initiatives, financial objectives, and regulatory compliance; adherence to professional practices and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic (KSC) and Kelsey Pharmacy policies and procedures, and management of all assigned personnel including students. Manages pharmacy personnel, provision of services, inventory, and overall profitability. Performs all duties of a registered pharmacist including accurate dispensing and counseling of prescriptions to customers.

Salary Range: $59,925 – $74,027 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: BS or Pharm D College of Pharmacy
Preferred: NA
Experience
Required: 2-4 years of retail pharmacy experience
Preferred: HMO and 3rd party managed care experience
License(s)
Required: Current Texas Pharmacy license
Preferred: BCLS
Immunization Certification
Pharmacy Preceptor Certification
Special Skills
Required: Operate computer terminal for processing prescriptions
Preferred: NA
Other
Required: Communication – able to communicate with Pharmacy Department personnel to delegate duties, inform about policies, train, assist with performance appraisals, and approve refunds/expense/returns. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to serve as role model for excellent customer service.
Stress Tolerance –able to make appropriate decisions and accurately process prescriptions in a high stress environment.
