Part Time Library/Classroom Aide Job at Luxemburg-Casco School District
Description
The Luxemburg-Casco School District seeks a part-time Library/Classroom Aide to serve as a team member at the Primary School. The current plan would have this aide work 5.5 hours a day (Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 3:00PM) based on the school calendar.
We are looking for a team member who believes all students can succeed in a global environment by ensuring excellence in both intellect and virtue. The most successful applicant will be a lifelong learner; possess a desire to work in a team environment; excellent communication skills; and knowledge of restorative practices within a trauma sensitive environment.
Special consideration will be given to the applicant with:
- Knowledge of working with school aged students
- Previous library experience is a plus
- Experience with various technological platforms
- Provide a safe and secure learning environment
- Have a growth mindset and the willingness to be a lifelong learner.
Wage: $15/hour Based on Support Staff Pay Schedule
Benefits: 7 Sick days, 3 PTO days; 1 Personal day per year and 3 Paid Holidays
