Sonoran Oasis Landscaping performs landscape maintenance services for a variety of clients. We help our customers have outdoor spaces that they can enjoy using desert vegetation and water-saving irrigation. Our staff goes through the University of Arizona Extension Center's Smartscapes for Landscape Professionals course.

Landscape maintenance company is looking for a part-time landscaper. 16-32 hours per week. Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Days vary. May lead to full-time position. Seeking positive, motivated, and hard working individuals that enjoy working outdoors. Must be used to working outside in the heat and cold. Good reasoning skills are a must. Valid driver's license helpful.

Requirements:

• Completes landscape maintenance duties, such as weeding, trimming, cleanup.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Completes the job in the most time-efficient manner meeting the company productivity requirements.
• Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, chainsaws, line trimmers and etc.
• If approved as a driver, safely operates vehicles such as trucks and trailer combinations.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physically able to perform job tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat and/or cold weather.
• Able to speak and communicate in English.

• Follow the direction of the crew leader
• Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment when on a jobsite
• Able to communicate in English
• Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.85 - $14.00 per hour
