Job Description:

• This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” which has obtained United States Citizenship.
• Ability to use industry standard hand tools. Screwdrivers, pliers, and most hand tools.
• Some knowledge of mechanical assembly. Ability to follow blueprint instructions.
• Solder training available.
• Demonstrates an interest in personal learning and development. Seeks feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past performance. Takes steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to achieve goals.
• Demonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work performed.

Preferred Skill Requirements:

• Technically minded individual with a logical hands-on approach.
• Ability to mentally retain information on multiple ongoing projects on a day-to-day basis.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with different standard manufacturing processes.

Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment or independently to complete tasks.
Many products are small / miniature so excellent eye / hand coordination and finger dexterity is recommended.
