Part-time Custodian Job at Richmond County Government
Richmond County Government is currently accepting applications for a part-time custodian.
Hours: Approximately 19 hours per week.
Duties include: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting & buffing floors; empty garbage cans; reline garbage cans with liners; clean & sanitize restrooms & replenish supplies as needed; clean up spills, drinking fountains & mirrors; wash windows, walls, metal & woodwork; pick up litter from around buildings & grounds. Will open, close, lock & unlock facilities as needed; & other duties as assigned.
Must maintain current skills & knowledge in the proper & safe techniques of building maintenance.
Candidate must have the ability to bend, lift, stand, walk, stoop, and lift 20-30 pounds on occasion.
