About the Role:
Marker Learning is looking for a reliable, competitive and dynamic Part Time Consumer Sales Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for outbound and inbound customer sales calls. You'll focus on converting interested customers into paid customers, maintaining an efficient and organized sales process, and carefully collecting and documenting data. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast growing company, and to make an impact on the lives of families and students. This is a fully remote position.
What you'll do:
- Qualify and initiate contact with a wide variety of potential customers
- Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to get them excited about their journey with Marker Learning
- Become an expert in our product offering to best support customers and answer questions
- Carefully enter, track and maintain daily data on customer leads, conversions and more
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Marker Learning and educate customers on how Marker Learning may meet their needs
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Who you are:
- 2+ years of sales or customer support experience
- Motivated by and passionate about Marker Learning's purpose led mission
- Experience with consultative selling
- Highly empathetic and exceptional listening skills
- Organized, detail oriented and efficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with a CRM
- Always looking for ways to improve processes, sell and innovate
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to a fast paced changing environment
- Energetic and highly personable
Pay & Benefits:
- This is a contract, part time position with a range of $18-$25 per hour based on experience.
- This position may also be eligible to receive equity, bonus, or commission.
- The wage range does not guarantee any specific wage or compensation.
