Position Details
The Henry B. Plant Museum at The University of Tampa has a position available for a Part-time Cashier to process cash and credit card payments for purchase of Museum tickets and memberships. This position reports to the Interim Museum Director.
Responsibilities
1. Processing cash and credit card payments.
2. Providing friendly, welcoming customer service.

Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous cash handling experience to include cash register and credit card processing experience.
3. Ability to work quickly and accurately.
4. Ability to provide solutions as needed to address any problems/issues.
5. Patient and friendly attitude.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Knowledge of or the ability to learn quickly The University of Tampa software programs such as Workday and Microsoft Office.
8. Willingness to embrace new technologies and innovative organizational practices.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour
Work Schedule
Part-time schedule not to exceed 29 hours per week/1000 hours per year.
