As a part time boutique stylist you’ll become a valuable contributor to the retail team by driving sales, building relationships, and helping to fulfill our Mission to “GIVE” the Bling customer experience to every customer! Duties and Responsibilities

To be successful as a part time Bling Boutique stylist you must be able to perform each task below satisfactorily.

Understanding and Owning Your Business As a Part Time Boutique Stylist!

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide the Bling “Give” service experience to each guest
• Be knowledgeable in all things Bling and answer questions regarding the store, our mission, our story and our merchandise
• Recommend, show and style your guest with merchandise available in store or online
• Know your business! Understanding of how to find your sales numbers and your store sales goals
• Achieve personal sales goals and average sales goals set by store management
• Check out and bag gift purchases with attention to detail and creativity
• Knowledgeable of all exchange and return procedures
• Place phone orders or call other stores to find desired merchandise
• Maintain and build guest relationships to develop a client based business using store VIP lists
• Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards, whether or not the Store Manager is present.

Visual Merchandising Duties

• Display merchandise in a manner that will engage and excite guests and make it easy for them to easily put together and purchase a complete look for any event
• Help promote product and style ideas on social media
• Ensure sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is displayed and creating a party in the store with high energy and excitement when your guests are in store

Operations

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
• Open and close cash registers and maintain a balanced drawer
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations with your store manager
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store with your team
• Special projects and other duties as assigned but never project over customers! Customers are always our #1 priority

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a part time boutique stylist to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the stylist is regularly required to stand, walk and have the ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom
