The Administrative Assistant position in Berwick, Maine is responsible for all front office functions including answering phones, logging in clients, setting up appointments, and filing paperwork. You will have a solid understanding of administrative duties and confidential handling of records. Successful candidates will demonstrate prior knowledge of an office environment, have the ability to multitask, and be able to communicate effectively with customers. This is a part time position.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
1-3 years of office/administrative experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office programs
Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Start Date: ASAP
