Heartland RVs is Elkhart in now hiring a Parts Representative in our Customer Service plant. Primary Responsibilities • Create and maintain customer parts orders • Field customer calls & e-mails • Provide customer w/ parts information & pricing • Provide customer w/ ETA's on parts orders • Identify parts and ensure parts order accuracy • Communicate w/ suppliers to identify and source parts • Communicate w/ plant buyers and engineering to identify parts and usage • Assist service department with parts information and ordering Requirements • High School Diploma • Prior experience with customer service or support a plus • Prior experience with RV parts/production a plus Preferred Skills (traits that would make someone successful in this position) • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs • Organization • Multi-tasking Physical Requirements • Ability to work sitting for up to 8 hours per day
