Summary:

The Park Groundskeeper of the Warren County Sports Park at Union Village (WCSP) will be responsible to assist with the upkeep of grounds and the successful hosting of events.

The WCSP is a 128-acre, private, destination sports facility, designed and built for visiting athletes and their families. It is owned and operated by the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB), a private, non-profit 501(c)6 corporation, whose mission is economic development through tourism.

This position is an hourly position, with weekend tournaments being the focal point. Work hours will need to be somewhat flexible to fit into the needs of the schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform duties to maintain the cleanliness and appeal of the entire facility, including its baseball and multipurpose fields. This consists of ensuring buildings, training rooms, conference rooms, concessions areas and other areas meet the needs of the operator/renter/guest and support the mission of the facility. This includes, but not limited to, cleaning rest rooms, collecting trash, clearing walkways and roads of debris, etc. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

A successful candidate will meet these requirements:

· Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a variety of people in stressful situations

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Able to lift over 50lbs and work in all weather conditions

· Ability to work unsupervised

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Lebanon, OH 45036: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
