**We are hiring for this role to start immediately**
Paraeducators facilitate essential academic and behavior support for students in a variety of grade levels and settings, as well as providing supervision for non-academic periods of time. Flexibility, positivity, dependability, and commitment to the success of our students and the team are required!
INSPIRE offers a year-round program for students with ASD and other learning disabilities. Our staff are full time employees with 12 month contracts. Applicants who are currently Registered Behavior Technicians earn a $1,000 hiring bonus. If you are not yet an RBT, we will provide training and you will earn the bonus upon successfully registering as an RBT
Applicants must be able to pass VCIC and VT Child Protection Registry checks.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
