Looking for really good craftspeople that have some experience in residential repaint and can hit the ground running. But open to all skill levels for those who are lifelong learners and are teachable, trainable, coach-able and are team players

Pay scale

Trainee: Learn to be a professional painter; no experience necessary $15

Prepper: Clean, tape, mask, scrape, caulk. Moving ladders safely. $ 16- $17

Painter: Knows proper prep and application; friendly, safe, and efficient work. $17 - $20
Lead: Painter/Crew Leader: very skilled from start to finishes $20 - $25
