POSITION SUMMARY:
Caring for people in their moment of need or weakness with a positive, compassionate & understanding attitude for both patients & their families. The ability to report & maintain good communication & work as an effective Infinity Hospice Care team member.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Able to communicate clearly in English verbally & in writing. The the abilty to follow the CNA assignment which directs the frequency of care & care duties to be performed by assisting with the day to day personal care for each patient. Document in care plan charting software & the ability to keep the Clinical Coordinator/RN Case manger informed of the condition of patients & family

Certified Nurse’s Aide license within state of practice.*
- Prefer a minimum two years of CNA experience, one year in either a Home Health and/or Hospice setting recommended.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with patients, their families and staff.
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills, preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
