PRIMARY WORK LOCATION: Maxton, NC but travel to other warehouse locations if/when needed

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 1st Shift (weekends as needed)

COMPENSATION: $85k-$100k annually (negotiable depending on experience)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily execution of work (including both packaging and warehousing services) at locations of responsibility to ensure the highest level of customer services.
• Ensures the packaging function executes work efficiently and profitably while partnering closely with all support organizations to meet all customer needs and maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy.
• Assists in developing annual operating budgets.
• Demonstrates an ongoing understanding of financial performance and effectively communicates both the reason for and the response to the division’s performance.
• Appropriately manages staffing levels to ensure customer and operational timeline commitments are met while hitting financial targets.

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiences.

Preferred Additional Experiences:

• Experience in Packaging/Production Management
• Lean Management, Continuous Improvements Principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Dependable work ethic with positive attitude
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work with a diversified work force.
