You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas:

• A Line Lead Operator sets up and runs Poly-Fill Baggers, and the Blue-Print Robotic Case packer per Manufacturer's and/or Departmental Specifications.
• Performs bagger and case packer change-overs for product run changes as determined by the production schedule.
• Responsible for minor and major repairs (may seek assistance from maintenance staff) and adjustments. Assists in dismantling, moving, changing, erecting and/or repairing Bagger and Case Packing machinery and equipment.
• A person in this position is expected to work with minimal supervision with the ability to lead and guide personnel as needed.
• They must demonstrate a willingness to learn new tasks and be dependable.

• Must possess computer literacy that is commensurate with the tasks associated with Bagger and Case packer operation.
• Mechanical Skills
• Ability to run baggers and the Blue Print Case Packer on the line.
• Must have experience operating a Triangle Bagger and a Robotic Case packer.
• Must have and have demonstrated mechanical ability relevant to machines at Nortera.
