Orange County's premier resort style Hotel and Sports Fitness club is seeking to discover engaging ambassadors to lead the Overnight team. Renaissance ClubSport is a unique concept featuring a 174-room boutique style Four Diamond Hotel, 5,500 sq. ft. Meeting Space, 75k sq. ft. Sports Fitness Club, Day Spa, Restaurant, Deli, Sports Bar and Lounge. The Sports Fitness Club includes an aquatic center featuring a 25 yard lap pool, exercise pool, adult outdoor spa and children's area, which includes a wading pool, children's outdoor spa and Splash Park.

OVERNIGHT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY

Overnight Supervisor position is responsible for leading and assisting with the successful completion of overnight shift requirements, property-wide. Front office areas include Bell/Door Staff, DTS Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk, as well as any Club-related oversight. Strives to ensure guest, member and associate satisfaction and help achieve the property operational efficiency. Assists in completing opening duties of Club, as well as supervision of overnight Front Office, Night Auditor, Engineering/Maintenance, Cleaning Crew and misc projects, as assigned by Management.

Further, this role will ensure hotel/club guest charges are posted accurately on a daily basis. To ensure Hotel PMS, Restaurant POS & Club System are properly functioning, and/or backed up on a daily basis. To ensure all guests are provided the same high level of service during night hours as well as early AM hours. To ensure hotel/club revenue is posted accurately and timely on a daily basis. To ensure hotel/club credit card receipts are properly batched on a daily basis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise all nightly operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness and execution in all areas of property

· Handles complaints, disputes, emergencies, resolving conflict and/or negotiating solutions

· Strives to improve performance and productivity in all areas

· Completes inspections and observes staff to ensure operational and financial objectives are met

· Assists with associate training and adherence to RCSAV policies and procedures

· Directly supports applicable implementations, rollouts and mentoring

· Accountability for quality of work, productivity and timeliness of Overnight Engineer

· Accountability for quality of pools, aquatic center, Splash Park and outside facilities

· Accountability for quality of work, cleanliness of overnight cleaning crew

· Help to manage opening early AM crews and smooth turnover to day-time leadership

· Provide guidance and direction to associates on overnight crew, including setting performance standards and generally monitoring performance

· Audit and post hotel revenue - room, tax, parking, misc, and other revenue

· Front Office shift work

· Audit all interface charges

· Print the express check out folios as applicable

· Complete the daily revenue report

· Print revenue reports for cashier

· Manage the Front Desks, hotel and club

· Audit and post Food & Beverage revenue

· Audit and post Event, Banquet, Meetings Revenue

· Create and distribute void & comp reports

· Balance and process credit cards settlements

· Complete distributions for revenue and statistics

· Complete the daily Final close out

· Complete and maintain tape backup of systems

· Run shut down process of PMS, POS & RCM

· Monitor mobile check-ins, check-outs, guest chat and EMPOWER / GxP tool

· Other responsibilities as assigned by the Hotel General Manager

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates, with or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to:

· Write, speak, read, hear and see

· Type and operate a computer

· Sit at desk for prolonged periods

· Bend, lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

· Perform some repetitive telephone work

· Conduct several nightly walk-throughs / inspections
