- Working with manufacturers, keeping up to date on all products and/or issues. Deliveries, drawings, manifest, etc.
- Inventory control - ordering and maintaining proper levels.

- managing social media and soliciting customer reviews
- Serves as a point of contact for customers during the sales process regarding questions related to residential garage doors, openers and service
- Follows up with customers as necessary to ensure work is completed to the customers satisfaction (reviews), manages and resolves customer concerns/complaints
- Promotes the company and develops new lines of business with contractors, condominiums, home owners associations, realtors, and insurance representatives. Uses memberships with local building associations to bring in new business
- Works with Senior Management to set sales goals and ensure that those goals are met
- Establishes pricing that supports target margins
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service to include assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Skill in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, and Excel) preferred
- Skill in using mathematics to solve problems
- Skill in providing excellent customer service
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times
- Ability to quickly and easily establish rapport with someone over the phone
