Based out of our new East Lyme location, O&G Industries seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow our business.

We look for energetic and motivated sales professionals. The primary responsibility of this position is to introduce and sell our high-end building materials and achieve aggressive growth goals by expanding our current customer base.

The ideal candidate will consistently prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities by building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities and to aggressively manage the sales cycle to ensure sales goals are met.

If you are a highly motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience and demonstrated results in closing, we like to meet you. Knowledge of building material supplies is preferred but not necessary.

Also:

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated skills in delivering sales presentations. Negotiation and relationship management skills. Able to function successfully in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment. The ability to negotiate solutions for issues with customers, and demonstrated knowledge of running a sales territory - forecasting, quotas, and short-term and long-term opportunity management.
