We’re Hiring an Experienced Business Generator for our Award-Winning Business Coaching Firm!

We need a rockstar business generator to help us take the business to the next level. Ideal candidate will have experience in business development with a B2B professional services firm, i.e., consulting firm, marketing firm, CPA, etc.

What does a typical week look like?

• Hunt new business using your own strategy of cold-calling, networking events, social media, in person visits, and personal branding
• Educate business owners product suite through provided marketing materials and educational demos
• Set face-to-face appointments and sales presentations with a limitless variety of local businesses in your community
• Make strong connections with your team in-person and virtually

What are you accountable for?

• Prospect: with at least 10 business owners per day (phone, LinkedIN, in-person, etc.)
• Network: chamber meetings and networking groups to meet prospects and referral partners
• Invite: your prospects to free seminars, paid workshops and 1:1 meetings
• Manage: a sales cycle that is typically less than 2 weeks
• Follow-up: staying in touch with prospects until the timing is right
• Report: track activity and notes in our CRM and manage conversion rates, etc.
• Sell: set-up and conduct 1 to 2 sales meetings per day
• Grow: increase skills by training, learning, being coached, etc.

HOURS AND LOCATION: This is a full-time role based out of our Canal Winchester office.

COMPENSATION: Our Lead Generators enjoy base compensation in addition to uncapped commissions. First year Lead Generators expect to earn $75,000 and up in OTE by achieving their performance targets.
