Rosewood Home Services is seeking self motivated candidates interested in joining our industry leading team. We are Charlotte’s Premier Porch and Deck Builders! We offer extremely competitive commission based compensation. The successful candidate has the potential to earn over six figures annually.

What you’ll be doing:
-Sales and estimate appointments with customer in their homes
-Going door to door to introduce homeowners to the Rosewood brand
-Managing and tracking your performance; taking consistent feedback from your coach and eventually overseeing other team members if you excel
-Taking responsibility for your own learning and development by constantly asking questions and caring about improving
-Act as the company’s representative and set an example for your peers
-Maintain a strong selling presence with a focus on providing INCREDIBLE customer service and exceeding the customer’s expectations
-Support a high level of customer service by providing information; handling objections and being ready to go the extra mile
-Implementing and upholding high standards for yourself and the company. We are not here to babysit. We are here to lift each other up!

Rosewood Home Services is different. We started in 2020 because we saw a need. Customers with a wide variety of projects were not being well served, and general contractors were not calling people back. We have gained traction with Decks and Porches, and that is now our main focus. The Charlotte area is growing; we have LOTS of work to do. This will provide stability and security for you. Position available immediately.
Requirements
You MUST have your own vehicle. You will need a vehicle that you can get to all appointments and meet with customers.
You MUST have some sales and/or industry experience. Please detail your experience in your application.
Computer and internet skills, and an understanding of applicable apps onyour Smartphone. Must enjoy working outdoors
Training: Grant Cardone Sales Training, Certification and Coaching
Commission Pay: Sliding scale from 7%-10% based on monthly gross sales
Monthly Base: $1500 per month
Bonus: All expense paid trip for two to Cancun when $1,000,000 in annual sales is achieved.
