Outside Sales Job at RimRock Technology Solutions

Rimrock Technology Solutions is looking to add 1 or 2 top sales closers to our team. If you’re a hungry, self-starter who likes to whale hunt while closing pre-set appointments and warm opportunities, look no further.
At RimRock Technology Solutions you will be running your own book of business, with 2-5 preset, qualified leads a day, while filling your personal pipeline with larger opportunities. With an industry leading product, some of the best pricing in the market and a sales support team second to none, you will have all the tools needed to close deals and deliver white glove service to your customers. This position is considered a remote position, but you must live in or around Tampa, FL, as you will be officing out of your home and visiting with customers on site.
· Identify & prospect new opportunities
· Run pre-set appointments daily
· Carry a 20%+ closing ratio
· Work with sales support & operations to ensure customer expectations are both set and met correctly
· Keep up to date with industry specific information
· Be coachable
Requirements
· 3+ years business to business sales experience
· Self-motivated / able to work with limited supervision
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with consultative & assumptive closing techniques
· Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
· Ability to be a team player & work in a face paced environment
· Reliable form of transportation & Driver’s License + Auto Insurance as applicable

Pay: $36,000 Guarantee – First year OTE = $130,000+
