Outreach Coordinator Bilingual (Spanish) Wilkes-Barre Job at Moravia Health
We are a Home care agency seeking a full-time professional Outreach Coordinator in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This position requires the ability to communicate well, network and build strong relationships, educate, and obtain new referrals for in-home care services for elderly and disabled clients. The ideal candidate will be positive, be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time, be a true self starter and have the charisma needed to build clientele.
Education & Work Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in generating new business preferably in the health care industry.
Required Job Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
- Experience with public speaking (in addition to presentation skills). Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
- Comfortable with closing/asking for business.
- Requires valid driver’s license.
- Fluent in Spanish is a must.
