Job Summary:

• Provides outpatient therapy services, to include individual, group, IOP, family and couples' therapies, within the clinicians' level of expertise. Best practice standards shall be used in the assessment and treatment of clients and their family members. Seeks out consultation as needed.

Newly Licensed Therapists

Through this exposure clinicians are able to develop multiple areas of clinical competencies in treating individuals with mental health, chemical or substance abuse, and/or intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses. Clinical supervision is provided at no cost to the Therapist. Multiple opportunities for increased income potential. Includes but not limited to the following KY licenses: (LPA, LPCA, CSW, etc)

Independently Licensed Clinical Professionals

RiverValley Behavioral Health is the ideal work environment for independently licensed clinical professionals. Clinicians have a high level of autonomy. They may choose their clinical areas of practice and the consumer populations they serve. A variety of treatment modalities are accepted and focus is placed on a clinicians' areas of expertise. Mentor newly licensed clinicians. Variety of opportunities for increased income. National Health Service Corp sites in 4 counties and independently licensed clinicians are eligible for loan repayment. Includes but not limited to the following KY licenses: (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, etc)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree required in applicable fields as determined by funding agencies.
• Certification and or licensure as required by the state board of the appropriate discipline to provide clinical services.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Any candidates who can meet the state requirements to provide clinical services within their field will be considered.
