Healthcare facility seeking manager for gynecology ASC and clinic responsible for direction of patient care in the ASC and clinic setting as well as managing team members, assisting with staff scheduling, and consulting with physicians and area director on clinical issues to ensure patient needs are met.
ASC Manager will:
- Ensure team meets performance standards designed to drive overall productivity and exceptional patient care while being able to assess personal performance and accepting feedback from peers and supervisors.
- Effectively collaborate throughout the organization to ensure optimal fiscal stewardship and process improvement while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements (state, federal, AAAHC standards).
- Serve as infection control officer, laser officer, life safety officer.
- Work in a high volume, fast paced environment and perform various ASC roles as needed while maintaining low adverse events, exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Build and manage an engaged, productive team in a positive and motivating work environment.
- Relay consistent feedback and coaching regarding performance and provide relevant training and in-service education opportunities to ensure necessary improvement and standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Current RN
- ACLS and BLS Certifications
- Associates degree of science
Monday - Friday; No nights or weekends. Paid time off. Paid holidays.
