The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties is seeking a full-time clinical office-based Masters level counselor or social worker, licensed in the State of Ohio with a specific interest in child and adolescent counseling. This position would be a hybrid role with office presence in our Wadsworth and Wooster offices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Conduct behavioral health assessments and collaborative treatment planning

· Provide behavioral health services to youth and adolescent clients

· Focused on effective treatment with successful outcomes

· Work as part of a treatment team

· Independently licensed individuals, endorsed for supervision, may provide clinical training supervision to other non-independently licensed staff

Requirements and Experience:

· Masters degree in a relevant behavioral health field

· Valid Ohio counselor or social work license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC)

· Background in trauma informed approaches a plus
