OUTBOUND CALLS TO PROFESSIONALS - Your role will include outbound calls to both existing and prospective Agents (Financial Professionals around the Country) who have selected our company as their Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) - a.k.a. back office and marketing firm. These financial professionals need a firm like Bedrock to perform their back-office and marketing functions and despite COVID Our sales grew over 25% in 2020 and 2021 has been our best year ever.

IF YOU CAN SELL - YOU CAN SELL THIS - The opportunity we provide to our Agents and Advisors is second to none, we create incredibly high-quality leads and offer them to our producing agents for free, and we also set Pre-Qualified Appointments for our Agents.

6 AM FOR 6 FIGURES - We start at 6 am each day and work 43 hours a week. We are looking for someone capable of making a minimum of four (4) hours of outbound telephone recruiting (sales) calls per day. A successful person in this role will operate well under pressure and be able to perform as a member of a team but also be very capable of independent thought and work effort.

Your initial salary will be forty ($40,000) plus commission, plus bonus.

You MUST also be proficient with basic technology, i.e. Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Microsoft Excel, and computers.
