Orthopedic Provider DC/FNP/PA
Healthcare Associates of Texas (HCAT) is group of quality-focused primary care providers committed to becoming the premier primary care group in the DFW Metroplex. A division of HCAT is Physical Medicine which provides therapy and rehabilitation services to our population.
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is also a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine or a Nurse Practitioner that has experience in Physical Medicine or Chiropractic Medicine.

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:
· Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patients age-specific needs
· Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients
· Perform proper documentation for services provided
· Perform trigger point and joint injections
· Supervision of services, treatment plans, and staff to ensure patient progression
· Ability to utilize braces as the patient requires. Knee off-loading/LSO/AFO etc
· Ability to educate patients on musculoskeletal conditions and behavior modifications
· Ability to battle common barriers in order to help direct and manage the patients care
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attitude:
· Energetic, outgoing, and career driven
Required Training and Certifications
· Orthopedic experience highly recommended
· Spanish speaking a plus
· Doctor of Chiropractic licensure preferred
· APRN or Physicians Assistance license/certification required
Pay is based off of experience.
