We are looking for a full-time or part-time treatment coordinator for our busy, expanding practice. Candidates must be outgoing and friendly, possess strong communication skills for formal presentations, and be a motivated self-starter. This is a fun and challenging position that requires an energetic, patient focused person who is customer service and sales oriented.
The Treatment Coordinator position consists of communicating with patients the benefits and differences of each treatment plan option, presenting and explaining financial options, and following up with patients after their initial appointments. This requires knowledge of orthodontic procedures and the ability to discuss payment plans and insurance coverage.
