My name is Tim Finelli and I’m the orthodontist at MZL Dental in West Peabody.

I’ve got an awesome team in the orthodontic portion of our large Pedo Practice, but we’ve been growing every week and we are now in need of another team member.

Here’s a little background….

MZL was started over 40 years ago and is The pediatric dental practice on the North Shore. There are 3 pediatric dentists and a general dentist , and I’ve been the orthodontist here for 22 years. We get a lot of patient referrals because we are customer service oriented and like to have fun. We work hard, but have fun.

Now, about you, the greatest orthodontic assistant in the world, looking for a long-term opportunity in a fun, growing office…

I apologize, but we simply cannot train someone, at least not now. Maybe later, so if you don’t have comfort in all areas of ortho assisting, this simply isn’t the job for you… for now.

We work three days a week. We work Tuesdays, Thurdays and Fridays 9-5:45pm (with an hour lunch). You’ll get a fair amount of hours with just 3 days, but there may be opportunity for more hours working with the pediatric Dental Team.

We need someone who is a skilled ORTHODONTIC assistant, with AWESOME verbal skills, Attention to Detail and GREAT Customer Service abilities. If that’s you, then please let me know.

Before we meet, I’d like to know one thing: How can you make my Ortho Team better. If you simply send a cover letter, we won’t respond. If you send a resume, we wont respond.
