THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is based in Gaithersburg, MD or Wilmington, DE and reports to VP of HR, Oncology R&D.

We are recruiting a progressive Human Resources professional with a passion for contributing to our organizational strategy for our Oncology R&D team.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to successfully contribute to and operationalize the ORD Transformation strategy for multiple parts of the business. Working in alignment with ORD Global HR Business Partners and in collaboration with global Centers of Expertise (COEs,) and HR Services team, the incumbent will be accountable for coordinating the successful delivery of several ORD Transformation projects.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracks, project plans, coordinates deliverables related to several ORD transformation projects in multiple global geographies
Lead change and impact assessment on couple of different projects and provide change management support
Leads / Supports with required consultations in multiple countries as needed for the transformation at various stages
Works across the ORD HR team to coordinate with various COEs and project teams to deliver on transformation projects and acts as a conduit for broader enterprise transformation agenda
Identifies key partners and supports the development and delivery of change plans and interventions required to drive adoption of future state
Coaches, supports, mentors and challenges managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimize risk and financial exposure
Provide key business leader support to specific assigned client groups
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in Human Resources and familiarity with collective consultation and restructuring principles
Experience working in companies that have gone through transformation and proven to be resilient through change
Proven project and change management capabilities
Dedicated to get the job done and can work independently or collaboratively
Experience partnering with employees and navigating a matrixed business environment
Successful coaching of senior executives, managers and employees through challenging employee relations and change management issues

Masters Level Qualification in specialism
HR experience
Solid HR Solutions or Business Partner or Change / Transformation expertise
International experience
Pharma / Biotech experience
