Oracle NAA Senior Field Marketing Manager (Remote) Job at Oracle
This is an exciting opportunity to play an influential role on Oracle’s North America Applications (NAA) Field Engagement & Marketing team. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will project manage a diverse campaign portfolio and support sales leaders in a dedicated industry. This role will include building and executing demand generation campaigns, as well as interfacing with sales leaders on execution of activities to maximize performance across in bound/out bound funnel.
- Demand Generation : Plan and develop campaigns including lead ideation and requirements for allbound funnel to grow sales pipeline and revenue for the North America Applications Field Sales organization in the dedicated industry.
- Ideation & Execution : Align across the ecosystem – Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy, Development and more – to surface goals and priorities, build and refine plans to support sales goals, execute campaigns and refine and optimize based on performance. Align campaign elements to support allbound funnel and synchronize inbound and outbound campaigns for optimal performance.
- Launch & Enablement : Launch and enable field sales around campaign. Build clear internal communications plans that equips sellers for action.
- Performance Tracking : Review campaign performance and action on insights to optimize. Data intelligence campaign reporting and analytics require to measure effectiveness of campaign.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven field marketing track record in cloud technology and at credible tech companies.
- Deep expertise in marketing across many different functional areas including field marketing, campaigns marketing, digital marketing, strategic events, and account-based marketing
- Proven record of implementing complex multi-touch programs across customer journeys and using a modern marketing mix including ABM, social media, digital/web, SEO, marketing automation, content led marketing, inbound, virtual events, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
- Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leaders.
- Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from campaign design to execution to lead flow with project management skills, follow-through, and ability to adhere to compliance policies.
- Understands principles of Sales business, revenue, and pipeline management. Strong focus on showcasing ROI and leveraging data and analytics to improve programs and campaigns.
- Ability to navigate in large, complex & matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or other relevant field of study or equivalent experience
Travel Component: Minimal. Approx. 10% travel within the United States and Canada may be required to successfully fill this role.
Position Location: US or Canada based candidates only. Role is based in North America and requires close coordination with virtual team.
