Optometric Assistant Job at Elevated Eyecare
Elevated Eyecare is looking to hire a part time optometric assistant. We are a primary care eye clinic located inside Nellis Air Force Base at the BX. We are looking for a personable, high energy, and reliable individual for this position. This position will include the following tasks:
- Checking patients in and out
- Checking insurance eligibility
- Assisting Doctor with pre testing such as VAs, AR, NCT, and Fundus Photography
- Assisting with special testing such as OCT and Visual Fields
- Filing insurance claims
Experience in optometry offices is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for 2-3 days to start with the possibility to increase dates in the future.
Pay: $13-$15 per hour depending on experience
