WHAT THIS ROLE IS AND HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

The Operators are responsible for the set-up and operations of all printing, inserting and mailing equipment on the high speed lines.

The Operators will be responsible to maintain:

• Maintaining quality standards and delivering on-time delivery is critical.

• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Assist and support team members to meet production deadline goals.

This is a progressive role and will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

The Operators will be located at our Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, MO. There are 4 opportunities available.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

• HS diploma or GED
• 2 years strong, demonstrated mechanical skills with the ability to recognize, diagnose and problem solve mechanical issues.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• All candidates must be available to work overtime and weekends with little notice, especially during peak season.
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts during peak season.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must display strong communication skills, basic math and reading skills.
