Our approach is straight‐forward: help clients identify specific long‐term goals and then develop and implement strategy. We have an immediate opportunity for an Operations Specialist to join our organization in our Fountain Hills Arizona location (currently remote work after training period). The Operations Specialist is accountable for handling many activities within the securities back‐office operation. The Operations Specialist must have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, work well independently and will frequently communicate with other team members within the company, including Operations, Compliance and Commissions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of quality personal service and build and maintain excellent registered representative relationships, which entails being proactive and professional in all duties
• Handle account set‐up, account inquiries and trade execution for accounts held at our clearing firm
• Review mutual fund, variable annuity and variable life insurance business submitted to the home office
• Answer telephone inquiries from clients and registered representatives and assist in entering client information in back‐office systems and document logs
• Assist with third party service providers as needed

Requirements:

• Series 7 and 24 licenses required
• Four year college degree with two years of industry experience preferred but not required
• Handle workload and accurately perform under pressure
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent client service

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
