- Payroll Experience of 2 years minimum, Management experience of 3 years minimum and excellent Customer Service skills. Preferred related Degree.
- Ability to learn all positions and fill in as needed. Cashiering, Dispatching and Driving. Must work weekends.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies, documents and state and federal regulations
- Ability to prepare and submit accurate reports as needed
- Ability to give performance reviews and give corrective actions
- Ability to remain calm and resolve conflict
- Ability to work quickly and effectively individually and as a team at a desk but mostly on feet, inside & outside during all weather conditions.
