Overview: Tru Soul Food is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the business, including financial performance, employee management, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships
• Hire, train, and manage employees, including servers, cooks, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures
• Analyze financial data and create reports to track sales, costs, and profitability
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
• Respond to customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Foster a positive work environment and culture that supports teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• At least some experience in restaurant management, including experience as an Operations Manager
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage employees effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and reporting, including experience with budgeting and P&L analysis
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
