Operations Coordinator - Tyler TX Job at Arrow Child and Family Ministries
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Sr VP of Community Based Care and 4Kids Senior Management team.
Support all aspects of Senior Management's responsibilities.
- Manage Senior Management's calendars and schedules appointments.
- Work with the Arrow Executive Assistant to organize programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging
- Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for Senior Management meetings.
- Take and transcribe dictation and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other complex
- Perform complex and confidential functions including developing and typing taped dictation or written
- Create and maintain database and complex spreadsheet files as needed.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compile documents for travel-related meetings for all
- Prepare the Senior Management's monthly expense reports as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
- Reconcile corporate credit card account(s).
- Support other staff in the administration department as needed and approved by Senior Management.
- Work efficiently with administrative and clerical staff to ensure employees, clients, stakeholders, and visitors
- Attend trainings and meetings as required.
- Share/transmit the mission and vision of 4Kids to staff, clients, and families served.

An Operations Coordinator Requires:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum 2 years of related experience.
