We are seeking an operations coordinator who is responsible for overseeing and facilitating efforts within our fulfillment operation by gathering data, coordinating the needed inventory and labor, and then executing the projects, to include shipping. The ideal operations coordinator will be adept at communication, organization, and customer service. Our goal is to hire someone who will be dedicated to ensuring our operation is cost-effective while also increasing sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:
- Organizing projects for clients, involving re-boxing and kitting of product
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure needed product is on site
- Coordinating and monitoring the operations within the warehouse
- Preparing ship lists and ensuring the accuracy of orders being sent out
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Evaluating and improving processes to make the operation more efficient
- Tracking final product shipments, costs, and timelines according to requirements
