Operations Assistant/ Marketing/ Medical Assistant Job at Digital Doctor Family Medical Clinic
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Operations Assistant/ Marketing / Medical Assistant. We are looking for someone with Medical Assitant experince since we do operate 8 clinics and hope you can assist the MA's when needed. As Operations Assistant you will be in charge of mantianing each clinic up to date on all general operations (ex. inventory/patient volume/admin work). We are also looking for someone who has marketing experince to be able to develope graphics for the clinic ad's and stay connected with the facebook profile.
Job Duties:
-go to the clincs when necessary
-mantain inventory on a weekly basis
-track number of patients being seen on a weekly basis
-mantain patients accounts up to date
-mantain consistent communication with the MA's
-admin work as assigned
-leison between admin office and clinics

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
