We are looking to add a new addition as an Operations Analyst to join our Jacksonville, FL team!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm and one Saturday (9am-7pm) OR Sunday (11am-7pm) each month.

Pay: $58,000 annually

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analyzing large amounts of data to provide actionable items for improvement
• Data validation, research, and manipulation in Excel
• Building routes and recurring orders in dispatch software
• Work on route optimization via ODL and other mapping programs to deliver practical solutions to maximize profitability
• Learn and become a proficient user of SQL, for the purposes of writing custom reports and data mining
• Research and provide necessary inputs for quoting and bidding work
• Work diligently with inbound customer requests, via phone, email, fax & dispatch software
• Reach out to drivers and supervisors as needed to get delivery information
• Rotate on a holiday schedule to cover office hours and on-call and periodically be flexible to adjust normal weekday working hours to accommodate office coverage
• Be able to answer any small questions or concerns that drivers or supervisors have with their applications or systems involved in their tasks and be able to get accurate information from them to pass along to supervisor and/or IT as needed
• Identify issues that need to be escalated to supervisors and the dispatch teams
• Quote courier and box truck delivery services
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Currently has a 4-year degree (computer science, engineering, or mathematical preferred)
• Authorized to work in the United States without any type of work sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong PC skills required – Excel (high-level user) and Outlook a must. SQL experience a plus
• Like to solve problems and critically analyze processes for service and financial improvements
• Ability to succeed and thrive in a 24/7/365-time sensitive environment
• Organized, attentive to detail, self-starting, solid follow-through, and multi-tasking
