Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Support Administrator in our Tulsa, OK Wholesale Location.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery
  • Deal with any issue dealing with Operations or Transportation that impacts the customer. First line contact point for Call Center communications. Verify inventory questions. Process canceled orders
  • Handle and process walk-in orders, handle and process special orders
  • Transportation Communication
  • Communicate potential route changes/delivery times to Call Centers/CSRs and Customers
  • Communicate any cuts to Call Center/CSRs and Customers
  • Daily Control Processing
  • Processing previous day's orders/routes
  • Bank Deposits/Close cash drawer
  • Checklist/file sent to home office A/R to post.
  • Receiving Product
  • Enter Expected Receivers/Receive Product into MaddenCo
  • Check the cost of Receiver for accuracy
  • Merchandise Return Processing
  • Adjustment Warranty Credit
  • New Return Credit
  • Other Duties as necessary

Requirements:


Required Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 2 - 4 years related experience
  • Must possess excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office. Knowledge of MaddenCo. a plus.
