The Office Professional IV in the Success Advising Center (SAC) will assist the Director by overseeing all student/customer facing operations, responding to student and other customer needs real time, while providing vision and continuous improvement of processes to achieve and maintain top levels of customer service and efficiency. Provides direct supervision of the SAC Office Professional serving as an Operations Coordinator, and the student employees (Operations Assistants) responsible for carrying out the student/customer facing operations duties.
This position will provide campus-wide systems analysis and support of the Education Advisory Board’s student success management system, Navigate, a comprehensive technological platform that links administrators, faculty, staff, and advisors in a coordinated care network to support student success, along with other technology systems supporting student success, including collaborative initiatives involving the Office of Technology, and the Office of Institutional Research.
This position will also serve as the SAC Budget Analyst and Coordinator.

1. Management – At least one year’s experience of management and/or supervision preferred
2. Customer Service – At least two year’s experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred
3. Technology – Must be proficient with applying problem-solving skills to issues using technology
4. Analytical – Must be able to collect, organize, visualize, assimilate, find patterns, draw conclusions, and find solutions using various data sets
5. Familiarity with the University of Central Missouri preferred
6. Experience with Banner, Degree Works, MyCentral, SSC-Navigate, Blackboard, Schedule Planner, Focus, or other systems and programs in a higher education environment preferred
