Small growing business looking to immediately hire for an office position in West Caldwell, NJ. Position is responsible for daily operation field support including creating field technician schedules, handling customer service replies via phone/text/email, field technician support, office/truck inventory parts management, data management from back office software, vendor interaction for tech support and new installations coordination.
Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong RECENT technical knowledge using Google Sheets and Docs, Apps and internet navigation skills. Full training will be provided and position reports to the owner of the company. Compensation commensurate with experience. Hours TBD.
