“Hospitality Team” Front Office Manager

Great Falls: Part-time or Full-time, Monday-Thursday 10-3 or 10-7

We seek an friendly, professional, organized individual with a passion for customer service, able to show the truest definition of Hospitality. For the right person, this position may be full or part-time. The ideal character is energetic, loves children, happy chaos seeks a positive work enironment. They should be quick to learn, confident, and eager to assist families with a variety of needs. These will include cusotmer correspondence, billing, enrollment, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll assistance, attendance tracking, marketing, social media, and more. We offer a family friendly environment and flexible schedule. the ability to work with all ages of adults and again, outstanding Customer service is a must.

Serving eleven counties in Central Montana, Golden Triangle Gym operates in 14000 square feet. We are a progressive and successful business offering a fun, learning environment full of movement education. We utilize Tumble-traks, transitional Tumble-traks, foam pits, ninja and parkour equipment, rock walls, amazing classrooms and gymnastics equipment galore! These all provide us the opportunity to instill fun, active learning.
