Beverly Hills based firm focused on providing legal support is looking for an Office Manager. Candidates must have excellent communication and writing skills, a college degree, and be able to commute to Beverly Hills. Prior experience working in a law firm environment and familiarity with practice management software is preferred.
The key duties and responsibilities include client correspondence, document management, and other office-related tasks. This position is expected to grow to include sensitive/confidential tasks such as assisting with A/R, A/P, payroll, billing, etc.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, and a benefits package is available for qualified candidates.
