What you’ll be doing:
- Executing Company Visions and Determining Company Direction
- Organizing Office Operations and Procedures
- Preparing Payroll
- Controlling Correspondence/Inquiries
- Delegating Office Task
- Keep All Files Current and Up to Date for Clients
- Assigning and Monitoring Clerical Functions
- Scheduling
- Oversees Hiring and onboarding
- Managing Staff Performance
- Quality Assurance for Clients and Staff
- Maintaining Relationships with Other Agencies/Case Managers
- Quality Control Visits with Clients
- Orchestrates and Promotes Team Building Opportunities

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Previous experience in managing an office, preferably for a temporary agency or in home health.
