What you’ll be doing:
  • Executing Company Visions and Determining Company Direction
  • Organizing Office Operations and Procedures
  • Preparing Payroll
  • Controlling Correspondence/Inquiries
  • Delegating Office Task
  • Keep All Files Current and Up to Date for Clients
  • Assigning and Monitoring Clerical Functions
  • Scheduling
  • Oversees Hiring and onboarding
  • Managing Staff Performance
  • Quality Assurance for Clients and Staff
  • Maintaining Relationships with Other Agencies/Case Managers
  • Quality Control Visits with Clients
  • Orchestrates and Promotes Team Building Opportunities
