Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

  • Paid bi-monthly on the 5th and 20th of each month. The offer could be subject to increases based on performance evaluation. Job expectations would include the following:
  • Positive attitude and general pleasant demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Coordination of Calendar for advisors.
  • Confirm appointments over the phone, email, and text.
  • Coordinate and pay regular office bills and track expenses.
  • Order supplies for the office and maintains inventory.
  • Maintain general appearance of Conference rooms and front office.
  • Point of contact for Coordinating with Vendors.
  • Greet clients and know who they are when they come in.
  • Direct inbound calls
  • Update database
  • Create and update data Team meeting agendas.
  • Add new prospects and update clients in CRM.
  • Incoming and outbound mail
  • Plan office events/retreats planning
  • Regular progress reports prepared for weekly staff meetings.
  • This offer includes a performance bonus program.
  • Teton provide Health Insurance and a 401K benefit plan for all full-time employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
