YOUR LIFE AS AN OFFICE / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This full-time office position offers stable, year-round work. The ability to work weekly rotating shifts and weekends is required. Shifts include 10 am - 7 pm, 11 am - 8 pm, and 12 pm - closing. This is not a remote position. There will also be overtime opportunities during peak season.
As an Office / Customer Service Rep, you are the face and voice of our company! Your main goal is to provide each customer with a high-quality experience. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming calls, answer questions, book appointments, and process payments. You also use your keen HVAC knowledge to offer additional products and services to clients. When you aren't assisting customers, you may be communicating with builders or performing other administrative duties. You enjoy serving others and playing an important part in operations running smoothly!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Average typing skills
